LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
All of our "Live Aquatics" undergo a one-week quarantine period before being made available for purchase.
All livestock ships via overnight shipping only. Livestock orders ship on Mondays and Tuesdays for a flat rate of $39.99. Orders placed Wednesday through Sunday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday, weather permitting. Please note that this schedule may be adjusted due to holidays or other circumstances during the week.
As with all live animal sales, there is a risk that they may arrive dead (DOA). If this is the case then a picture of the dead fish WITHIN THEIR ORIGINAL UN-OPEN BAG must sent to us. (contactus@finatics-aquarium.com)
If the fish die anytime after they are released into their tank, that responsibility falls on the owner and no refund can be provided.
Furthermore, to qualify for the Live Arrival Guarantee, you must be present to receive the fish during the first delivery attempt. If you will not be home for delivery we suggest you arrange for the delivery service to hold your package at their facility for pickup, allowing the package to sit on your porch in extreme hot or cold weather is obviously not the best option for your new aquatic life.

Buyer Responsibility and Legal Compliance
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to be fully aware of, and to comply with, all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the possession, transport, and importation of live fish, invertebrates, plants, and other aquatic species.
Finatics Aquarium operates in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to the sale and shipment of aquarium livestock. However, due to variations in restrictions among different jurisdictions, Finatics Aquarium cannot guarantee that every species offered for sale is legal to possess or import in every state or locality.
By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and affirms that they have verified the legality of all species being purchased within their destination state or locality, and that their order does not violate any governing wildlife or importation regulations.
Finatics Aquarium reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that, in its sole discretion, may be in conflict with applicable laws or regulations. Finatics Aquarium assumes no responsibility or liability for any fines, penalties, legal actions, or damages resulting from a buyer’s failure to comply with these requirements.

Some species sold are venomous and capable of causing painful stings or serious injury if handled improperly. By purchasing these species, the buyer acknowledges the risks involved and agrees that they are experienced in the proper care, handling, and housing of venomous aquatic animals. We are not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages resulting from improper handling, care, or exposure. Always use proper tools, protective equipment, and safe handling procedures.
