Shipping

Livestock is shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Orders placed from Wednesday through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Please note that this schedule may change due to holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee the live arrival of all our livestock. If you notice any issues with your order, please notify us within 4 hours of delivery. Shipping can be stressful for livestock, so immediate attention is essential.

In the rare instance that your item arrives deceased, please take a clear picture of the item still in the sealed bag. Ensure the photo includes both the top and bottom of the bag, as well as a close-up of the fish inside. Once we receive this information, we will contact you. You may choose either a refund or a replacement (if available)

Shipping is combined on all orders. If eBay fails to combine shipping correctly, we will refund any overpayment once the order is processed.
