To maintain the highest quality, all fish undergo a one-week quarantine upon arriving at our warehouse before being made available for sale. This practice helps ensure the health and well-being of the fish we offer to our customers.

Aquatic life is shipped exclusively on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. Items may be sent via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS, as determined by us. Note that fish are not fed for 24 hours before shipping. Additionally, weather conditions are checked to ensure that shipments are in transit during the most favorable weather temperatures possible. 

We prioritize the safety of our livestock first and are committed to providing a reliable service. Each order receives careful attention to ensure it is packaged in a manner that maximizes the chances of survival during transit. Our shipping times are determined with the well-being of the livestock as the primary concern.

This schedule might change due to holidays or other unforeseen circumstances. Please understand once the post office has your package we have no control over transit times. If items arrive deceased please follow the simple process below for our guarantee. We can ship overnight if that is desired. 

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

As with all live animal sales, there is a risk that they may arrive dead (DOA). If this is the case then a picture of the dead fish WITHIN THEIR ORIGINAL UN-OPEN BAG must be sent to us SAME DAY AS RECEIVED. By purchasing this item you are agreeing to follow this process for any DOA claims. 

If the fish die anytime after they are released into their tank, that responsibility falls on the owner and no refund can be provided. 

If you will not be home for delivery we suggest you arrange for the delivery service to hold your package at their facility for pickup, allowing the package to sit on your porch in extreme hot or cold weather is obviously not the best option for your new aquatic life.
