All livestock ships via overnight shipping only. Livestock orders ship on Mondays and Tuesdays for a flat rate of $39.99. Orders placed Wednesday through Sunday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday, weather permitting. Please note that this schedule may be adjusted due to holidays or other circumstances during the week. 

If temperatures in your area are below 40°F, shipping may be delayed. All fish are fasted (not fed) for at least 24 hours prior to shipping. Depending on when your order is placed and our feeding schedule, your order may not ship for several days.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

As with all live animal shipments, there is a risk of DOA (dead on arrival). If this occurs, you must send us a photo of the deceased fish inside the original, unopened bag on the same day it was delivered. By purchasing, you agree to follow this process for any DOA claims.

If a fish dies after being released into your aquarium, responsibility falls on the owner and no refund can be provided.

If you will not be home at the time of delivery, we strongly recommend requesting that the carrier hold your package at their facility for pickup. Allowing live animals to sit outside in extreme heat or cold can be harmful to your new aquatic life.
